For thousands of years, members of two warring races, the Kherubim and the Daemonites, have lived hidden amongst humanity, continuing their ancient conflict.

In recent times one of the Kherubim Lords, Emp, brought together a team made up of Kheran (singular of Kherubim), Kherubim / human hybrids and empowered humans, whom he termed the WildC.A.T.S., a force designed to be the ultimate foes of the Daemonites, and perhaps finally end the threat to humanity once and for all!

Andrianna Tereshkova was a Russian cosmonaut working on the Mir space station, when it was struck by a fragment of the soul of an elemental being known as Omina, Mistress of Light. In the far future Omina had lost her last battle with her enemies, and though those dark forces could not destroy her, they had succeeded in shattering her soul into several "Orbs of Power" which scattered across the multiverse, including the one which struck Mir. It merged with Adrianna, and transformed her.

Her new abilities made her aware of the secret war being fought between the Kherubim and Daemonites, two alien factions which had been stranded on Earth millennia before. Now calling herself Void, Adrianna came to believe she was destined to help the Kherubim side, and so she tracked down one of their lords, Emp.  Together they gathered a team of heroes, the WildC.A.T.S., whose goal was to battle the Daemonites at every opportunity!
