Warranty & Guarantee Statement
Apex Auto Parts offers a standard 30 day warranty on every part we sell.
This warranty covers defective parts and items sent incorrectly. We DO NOT reimburse any labor expenses for parts installed that were purchased. In the event that the part is defective we will first attempt to replace it. If a replacement cannot be sent we will issue a refund for the sale amount including the shipping. **ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS**
Items that are ordered incorrectly may be subject to a restocking fee. Express or expedited shipping on products will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Exceptions that will void a warranty:
* Items ordered for 'testing purposes only' or ordered incorrectly by the customer will not be available for return. Verify with a repairman or ASE certified mechanic the actual part needed before ordering. We do a very good job at sending correct parts and would ask you to do the necessary research before ordering. Save yourself the time and money!
*Items returned after the warranty period will not be refunded.
*Items returned that are not in the original condition shipped will not be refunded.
*Items returned that are not the original part shipped will not be refunded.
