VERY RARE Sm Extended-Base Brass National Cash Register
We are proud to offer this Very Rare Model 52-1/4 ornate solid brass National cash register. Matching numbers on the bottom of the drawer and cabinet front. The drawer is in unusual pristine condition. This is the 'extended-base' barber shop or candy store model of register - of particular interest as the 'extended-base' small cabinet machines are more suitable to 'make change' out of with their multiple coin AND currency compartments. These 'extended' types are pretty much considered a 'once in a lifetime' find. Not only hard to find... but HARD TO FIND FOR SALE! Base measures roughly 17-7/16 from side to side 15-5/8 from front to back and roughly 21-1/4 from base to top of top plate/sign. Coin shelf - excellent condition marble. Base wood is good and once again the drawer is very nice. This is truly a center piece for a cash register collection all fixed up.
