SS Jewels offers a money back guarantee on all purchases. We don't ever want our customers to purchase something they don't like from us. There is a 7 day return policy, with no return charges(shipping charge not refundable). There is no hidden charges or fees. All returns need an RMA authorization number.

Special Orders
We make and design all types of jewelry. Send us a picture and we will make whatever item it is. All orders will need a deposit of 25% or more and must be paid off when picked up. There are no refunds on special orders.

Shipping
All orders purchased directly from our website at ssjewels.com are shipped at no charge. There will be a $10.00 charge if you need the item shipped Next Day.
