You choose from 8 iron head styles:
Here are the differences between them to help you make an educated decision.
Styles #2, #3, #6 and New #8: These 4 styles are very similar to one another. Each style has a deeper cavity back & wider sole, which enables the ball to get in the air easier & straighter and provides the ability to shape your shots to the left & right (when & if you choose to do so). When looking over your shot you will notice they have a mid to thicker top-line, which provides increased confidence. Each head style has a fair amount of offset & will reduce your slices & add power/efficiency with your swing. These are great styles for the player that is looking to really advance to the next level, as they are easy to grow with as you improve your skills.
Styles #1, #4: These 2 models differ from styles #2, 3, 6 & 8 as they are super game improvement clubs. If your goal is to advance to a level where you want to shape your shots to the left & right this style allows you to do so but not as easily as the above. If your goal to hit the ball straight on a more regular basis, these are the ticket. Each design has an extremely wide sole, which enables the ball to get in the air with minimal effort. When approaching the golf ball to strike it you will notice the top-line of the club heads have a very thick look to them, which provides increased confidence. Each head style has a large degree of offset, which will reduce your slices and add power and efficiency with your swing.
Styles #5 & NEW style #7:
These 2 styles are hybrid style irons. Style 7 is more of a hybrid style than Style#5. This is a style made for players who simply love hitting hybrids and do not enjoy hitting irons. It is a niche and made for the player who knows they would prefer this style. They are simple to hit straight but take some getting used to as they are unorthodox to look at. Some folks think this design is almost like cheating as it makes the game much easier.

Hybrids & Wedges: We offer the ability to build your own set construction in regards to adding hybrids & wedges in place of or in addition to other clubs in your set. It is very common for players to not purchase the typical 3-SW set construction and choose Hybrids in place of the long irons. Matching wedges are available for some models & when not available we offer a traditional generic wedge to complete your set.

CLUB ATTRIBUTES:
All styles of club heads have been chosen to represent a category of irons that are what we refer to as “Game Improvement” clubs. They are simply easier to hit and the most forgiving style of irons to play with in the industry. We also offer a series of iron heads that are designed for the more intermediate to advanced level player (see our ebay store for details)
We offer 4 DIMENSIONS OF CLUB FITTING with your iron set and each step is included with your purchase price. Your iron set will be fit with the proper style/size of grip, club length, lie angle of the club, and flexibility/style of shaft.

1. & 2. CLUB LENGTH & LIE ANGLES:
We offer free Lie Angle adjustments for your new iron set with options ranging from +/- 2 degrees of std. lie angle. This service is free of charge for as long as you own this set.
Lie angles are very important and the wrong angle can result in inconsistent shot making and undesirable ball flight. Typically, the taller you are you will either need a longer golf club and will adjust the lie angle slightly upright to fit your build. The shorter you are you will find your set to have a flatter lie angle and possibly some length reduced on the club.
Fyi: When altering lie angles there may be a slight ‘marring/scarring’ of the metal (most of the time you won’t even notice this).
3. SHAFTS:
You have the choice of Stainless Steel ‘True Temper’ UTIM shafts OR our signature Custom Fit Linksman Golf graphite shafts ($30 upcharge). We will be sending you a fitting guide for your purchase to determine shaft flexibility. We determine this by which club you hit from 150 yards, tempo of your swing and if available your measured club head speed.
FLEXES: Mens A (Senior), R(Regular), S(Stiff), X (X-Stiff)
STEEL SHAFTS: Steel shafts are heavier than graphite shafts, which is beneficial to players who do not need extra distance with their irons. A heavier club is simply easier to control than a (graphite shaft) lighter club. Some players don’t like lighter graphite shafts because they can be a little more erratic (some shots very far, some not)
GRAPHITE SHAFTS: Graphite is great for players who desire more distance in their shots as the lighter weight will increase your club speed and distance of your shots. A wonderful attribute of graphite is that it dampens the vibration of your shots which is beneficial to those who have some pain when playing golf (i.e. back pain, arthritis, sore joints, etc.)
4. GRIPS
SIZES/CHOICES: Choose from several grip styles (see photo). Several models are offered ranging from Cord grips, Oversize grips, to standard wrap style grips. We attempt to keep a full stock of grips at all times but there are occasional backorders, which will require you to purchase a different style. Don’t know which grip you would care for? Grip size will be determined by the fitting chart which is sent to you after your purchase.
(Choose #5 as it is a good all around grip for any iron set)
Style 1: Blue Velvet Grip Very popular grip & is a great all weather grip w/ tack. This style has a grip alignment aid for your thumb, which is a helpful reminder for proper grip placement
Style 2: Velvet Style The feel of the grip is very traditional & plays well in all weather conditions
Style 3: Cord Grip: Tough on the hands but very hard and traditional.
Style 4: Wrap Style It has a tacky soft feel and is a great all weather grip.
Style 5a: Velvet Thumb Guide Grip. Great looking & feeling. Good all weather grip. This style has a grip alignment aid for your thumb, which is a helpful reminder for proper grip placement
Style 5b: Oversize Velvet Thumb Guide Grip: Same as #5 but provided in larger sizes.
Style 6: Lady Grip (photo not shown) Softer feel and smaller grip size (.56)

This grip is a 2 piece Winn Style grip which is much softer than your standard rubber grip. This grip is available in men’s standard size, Midsize and a lady’s size. This style feels great and is an all weather model, which provides the best of both worlds (Karakal Brand)
