Welcome to the auction of a REPRINT of a 1968 British Quad size 30 by 40 inch movie poster of The Planet of the Apes . The movie stars Charlton Heston . The photo's except for the bottom are of a actual example I owned of this $2000 retail poster if it was a original. This exact poster went for $2070 in a Heritage auction on July 12,2006 and $1434 on November 15, 2006 again in a Heritage auction and this very rare poster was only sold these 2 times in there website records as of the time I am writing this listing. So even getting a chance to buy a original is very rare . So I AM OFFERING THIS REPRINT - THE PHOTO AT THE BOTTOM IS A ACTUAL PHOTO OF THE EXAMPLE OF THIS REPRINT YOU WILL RECIEVE IT IS IN UNUSED EXCELLENT CONDITION . It's size is approximately 27x40 I haven't measured it exactly. The quality of the printing is excellent and it is on decent 100 pound paper but the photo they used for reproduction was not high resolution and therefor it is nothing at all, nowhere near as clear and sharp as a original so please understand this. Add $6.85 for shipping to the U.S.A. and Canada to your winning bid in a very thick tube .
