Don't Knock The Twist (1961)

• A television executive (Lang Jeffries) is working hard to assemble a lineup of musicians and dancers for a TV special devoted to the Twist" dance craze. Jealous of his attentions to a dancer (Georgine Darcy), a fashion designer (Mari Blanchard ) nearly puts the kibosh on the show with her schemes. This sequel to 1961's Twist Around the Clock is also a remake of 1956's Don't Knock the Rock. Songs include "The Bristol Stomp," "Duke of Earl," and "Mash Potato Time.
