Expo 93 Taejon Korea 8 Items Pens Pins Pencil Visor Whistle Daewoo LG Bolo
This is a group of eight items given out at the 1993 Taejon Korea Exposition. The first item is DaCom pencil in the original box. The pencil has a green Expo '93 mascot figure on the top of it. The second item is a plastic yellow and blue "World of Materials pen attached to a string. (I don't think the pen was ever used, but it is dry and doesn't work.) The third item is a Daewoo Pavilion pen attached to a pink string, sealed in a plastic package. (I think it is a pen!) The fourth item is a 2-1/2" diameter pinback button of StarQuest at Expo '93. The fifth item is a small (7/8") oval gold-color metal back pin - the front looks like ceramic covered with plastic showing the Expo mascot. The pin has some light scratches on the plastic top. The sixth item is a yellow plastci whistle / keychain. One side has a round geodesic dome with Sunkyong. The other side has some Korean writing and a character. The seventh item is a Technopia cardboard visor with elastic band. It is in the original plastic envelope. It has a yellow character with antenna on the head. This same character is on the eighth item, which is a necklace or bolo tie. It has a yellow plastic figure with "LG" on his chest. It has string with little plastic balls to hold the string on. The plastic character is 2" tall. The items are in very good condition. They were collected by the man who went to the expo and then put away in 1993.
