This is the original artwork by Jack Higgins for his Chicago Sun-Times editorial cartoon dated 2002. The artwork shows New York City and the caption reads "CEOs sign SEC's new certification oath to clean up corporate America..." This editorial cartoon deals with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act which became effective August 29, 2002. The artwork measures approx. 10-3/8" x 14-5/8". This is the original artwork that Jack Higgins created.
