This is the original artwork by Jack Higgins for his Chicago Sun-Times editorial cartoon dated 2003. The artwork shows President George W. Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair and probably alludes to George W. Bush enlisting Tony Blair and the UK to invade Iraq / the Iraq war. The artwork measures approx. 11-1/2" x 14-1/2". This is the original artwork that Jack Higgins created. The artwork is in good condition - the artist's work shows, with some corrections / white out as the piece was crafted - there is some light dirt on it. A NICE, ONE-OF-A-KIND PIECE OF EDITORIAL ARTWORK THAT WOULD LOOK GREAT FRAMED! When packed, this will ship at the 2 pound rate - check the postage calculator.
