This is the original artwork by Jack Higgins for his Chicago Sun-Times editorial cartoon dated 2004. The artwork deals with the steroids scandal in professional baseball. The artwork measures approx. 11-1/2" x 14-1/2". This is the original artwork that Jack Higgins created. The artwork is in good condition - there are a couple small marks/smudges/ light dirt on the art - you can see where the artist made some touch-ups to the art as he crafted his artwork - on the back there is some ink migration from artwork that was stored under this art.
