This is the original artwork by Jack Higgins for his Chicago Sun-Times editorial cartoon dated 1991. The artwork deals with Saddam Hussein. The artwork measures approx. 12-3/8" x 16-1/4". This is the original artwork that Jack Higgins created. The artwork is in good condition except for some toning / darkening along the top and right edges - there are a few small marks/smudges/light dirt on the art - the artist's work shows, with some corrections as the piece was crafted - there is some dirt / darkening along the edges on the back A NICE, ONE-OF-A-KIND PIECE OF EDITORIAL ARTWORK THAT WOULD LOOK GREAT FRAMED!
