2010 Google in China Hack Censorship Orig Editorial Cartoon Art Jack Higgins
This is the original artwork by Jack Higgins for his Chicago Sun-Times editorial cartoon dated 2010. The caption on the cartoon reads "Kill the Light!". This cartoon was probably in response to a hack of Google in China and Google rerouting google searches in China to Hong Kong to escape censorship in China. The artwork measures approx. 11-1/2" x 14-1/2". This is the original artwork that Jack Higgins created. The artwork is in good condition - there are a couple small marks/smudges/ light dirt on the art - you can see where the artist made some touch-ups to the art. A NICE, ONE-OF-A-KIND PIECE OF EDITORIAL ARTWORK THAT WOULD LOOK GREAT FRAMED! When packed, this will ship at the 2 pound rate - check the postage calculator. Jack Higgins has worked at the Chicago Sun-Times for over 35 years and won a Pulitzer Prize for Editorial Cartooning in 1989. Check out my other listings for a few other cartoons by Jack Higgins.
