This is the original artwork by Jack Higgins for his Chicago Sun-Times editorial cartoon dated 2006. The art shows George W. Bush (as George Washington) crossing the Delaware asking "Where's Rove". The artwork measures approx. 11" x 14-5/8". This is the original artwork that Jack Higgins created. You can see where the artist made corrections as he crafted the art.
