1995 Bill Clinton Willie the Pooh Bosnia v Vote Orig Cartoon Jack Higgins Winnie
This is the original artwork by Jack Higgins for his Chicago Sun-Times editorial cartoon dated 1995. The artwork deals with President Bill Clinton keeping an eye on the upcoming 1996 election campaign while trying to decide how to handle the crisis in Bosnia. (with an homage to A.A. Milne) The artwork measures approx. 11-1/2" x 14-1/2". This is the original artwork that Jack Higgins created. The artwork is in good condition - there are a few small marks/smudges/ light dirt on the art - you can see some corrections that the artist made has he crafted the art - there are editor notes written along the left edge and top border. A NICE, ONE-OF-A-KIND PIECE OF EDITORIAL ARTWORK THAT WOULD LOOK GREAT FRAMED! When packed, this will ship at the 2 pound rate - check the postage calculator.
