1997 Boris Yeltsin Russia Paranoid About NATO Bill Clinton Original Cartoon Art
This is the original artwork by Jack Higgins for his Chicago Sun-Times editorial cartoon dated 1997. The artwork deals with President Bill Clinton meeting with Russian President Boris Yeltsin who complained about NATO expansion. Based on the layout editor notes this probably was published in the Friday, March 21, 1997 issue. The artwork measures approx. 11-5/8" x 14-1/2". This is the original artwork that Jack Higgins created and you can see some corrections as he crafted his artwork. The artwork is in good condition - there are a few small marks/smudges on the art - there are a few layout editor notes along the bottom margin.
