Of this particular poster I HAD ABOUT 25 EXAMPLES SIGNED SO THE ONE YOU RECIEVE MIGHT HAVE A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT SIZE AND POSITION IN TERMS OF WHERE THE AUTOGRAPH APPEARS ON THE POSTER !!!! BUT IT WILL BE IN THE SAME SILVER COLOR SHARPIE PEN !!!! The Rocky Horror Picture Show, the cult classic 1975 Jim Sharman directed horror comedy musical stars Tim Curry (as Dr. Frank N Furter), Susan Sarandon (as Janet), Barry Bostwick, Nell Campbell, Meat Loaf, Peter Hinwood (in the title role as "Rocky"), "Little Nell" (as "Columbia"), Patricia Quinn (as "Magenta"), and Richard O'Brien (as "Riff Raff"). ABOUT THE AUTOGRAPH- Tim it is well known has very rarely signed autograph's these last 40 years since the film came out - he has been busy with a enormous body of work stretching from then until now both here in the USA and internationally and on the stage and screen. I suppose like many thespians his desire was to be in the now on the current work and so his signature is quite rare especially on original advertising material like this piece. Autographed on March 4th, 2014 here in Los Angeles where I am also. THE TOP PHOTO IS OF HIM AUTOGRAPHING ONE OF THE ROLLED ORIGINAL STYLE A OF MINE - I HAD THE ONLY ORIGINAL ROLLED EXAMPLES HE SIGNED. THE 2ND FROM THE TOP PHOTO I ONLY INCLUDE BECAUSE HE'S LOOKING UP AND A FAR BETTER SHOT OF HIM, HE CLEARLY IS SIGNING A FOLDED EXAMPLE . I had 21 original one sheets, some reprints and 15 lobby card's autographed for me thru Dave Elkoulby's private signing with him on March 4th and 5th 2014. He is the current owner of the HOLLYWOOD SHOW that used to be the famous Ray Courts THE HOLLYWOOD COLLECTOR'S SHOW for about 20 years before him, and is one of the largest movie memorabilia autograph dealers on the west coast. The photo's of Tim autographing are from Dave and are from this 2 day period where almost all the items signed were 8 by 10 inch color photo's except for my original advertising material and a few other original pieces that weren't mine. FINAL NOTE!!!!! I just now looked thru 23 auctions currently on the internet on several venues for TIM CURRY autographs , it is extremely obvious many are suspect as they don't look anything like his autograph! take a look!, the one's that look like his signature on this poster you'll notice ARE EXACTLY LIKE THE SIGNATURE ON THIS POSTER . My point is this - I do a lot of business with Dave and am even in his store in Hollywood STARWORLD right on the most famous part of Hollywood boulevard with over a thousand of my movie posters and have seen a very large sample of these autographs on many different photo's personally on the 8 by 10 photo's he signed mostly during these 2 days and they don't vary much at all- they are remarkably consistent throughout, these wildly different autographs offered ALL OVER THE PLACE that don't even remotely resemble his autograph are obvious fakes! so PLEASE BE CAREFUL! when shopping for authentic autographs.
