Welcome to the auction of a absolutely guaranteed original Vintage 1959 Theatrical Folded Russian Movie Poster (measures 21 1/4" x 34" [54 x 86 cm]) movie poster of Soroka-vorovka aka THE THIEVING MAGPIE . THIS POSTER'S ARTWORK WAS DONE BY THE VERY GREAT RUSSIAN ARTIST ALEXANDER IOSIFOVICH SHAMASH !!!!!!! Soroka-vorovka (released in English speaking countries as "Magpie" and "The Thieving Magpie"), the 1959 Naum Traktenberg directed Russian relationship film stars Nikolai Afanasyev, Zinaida Kiriyenko, Viktor Korshunov, Anatoli Kubatsky, and Vladimir Pokrovsky. Condition: Fine . There are some pinholes around the edges of the poster. There are some dot stains, smudges, areas of darkening and creases scattered in various areas, typical of Russian posters of this period (see our image). It is otherwise in generally nice condition. This is a "country of origin" poster for this Russian movie. Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.
