Each Re-Inker contains the Archival Ink formulation for long lasting results. They are permanent on many surfaces and won't bleed when used with water-based inks, markers, acrylic paint, alcohol ink and more. Fantastic! I accept returns on items that are found to be not as described. I use stock photos for items that are NEW, NEVER REMOVED from ORIGINAL BOX, so they are just as manufacturer sent to me. Any authorized returns must be made within 3 days and postage is at buyers expense. Refund for item only, original cost of shipping cannot be refunded. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all items returned.
