This doll is NEW, never removed from original American Girl box. She is being discontinued by American Girl and is now on backorder till May 2009. If you need her for Christmas, do NOT hesitate.
This set is backordered till April 2009! I just found this doll while searching for something else. I didn't know I had any left. In 2009 my computer died along with all my data. It took me years to rebuild. The original pictures are gone but by some miracle I found them again. The interesting thing is, this was the last year Pleasant Rowland was still on the Board of Directors and quality was trying to be maintained because of her. We all know what happened after she left-dolls quality went downhill-less vinyl, smaller size, etc. With the 35th Anniversary Celebration, American Girl has brought back the original dolls and I must say they did a good job. I'm impressed. But there is nothing like an old Pleasant Company doll and this is as close as we can get because she was still there when I bought the doll. She is NEW, never removed from original box and will bring back wonderful memories or make some really special new ones. I am so happy for you!

Any authorized returns must be made within 3 days and postage is at buyers expense. Refund for item only, original cost of shipping cannot be refunded.
