The pigment used enables smooth water-reactive coloring, making it perfect for backgrounds, watercoloring, smudging, etc. Users can apply color directly to the surface and blend with water prior to layering with Distress Inks or Stains for further customization. Payment must be made within 3 days of close of sale. Return Policy exception
I accept returns on items that are found to be not as described. I use stock photos for items that are NEW, NEVER REMOVED from ORIGINAL BOX, so they are just as manufacturer sent to me. Any authorized returns must be made within 3 days and postage is at buyers expense. Refund for item only, original cost of shipping cannot be refunded. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all items returned.
