This beautiful doll is from when the doll was 1st offered. She has the Pleasant Company backstamp. This means she has the plumper face and body than the dolls currently being produced. Mattel has really cut down on the vinyl making the newer dolls look almost skinny. I much prefer the older dolls and am very disappointed in higher costs and lower quality by Mattel. Added Bonus!
