This denotes that they were sold off price so they do not quality for the NF lifetime warranty, however, less than 1% of all NF products are ever returned and most of those are backpacks and luggage! If NF product listings do not have pictures of tags or a lot of pictures and the prices are too low the odds are that the item is counterfeit. Every day we see dozens of these listed.
