SPECIAL COMMENT ON FEEDBACK: Please note that sadly we received one negative feedback in Fall 2021.  This is only about the 5th one we have received in 20 years and as always it was horribly inappropriate.  This buyer was given a full refund and his only complaint was the box which was advertised as a partial box and he did not like it still.  Another reason why Ebay's system needs some fixing!  If a full refund is given, no one should be allowed to give negative feedback when the refund was made and all communications were made in a timely fashion!

OVERALL: We believe we have some of the best feedback comments on Ebay and the best customer service possible.  Please email us if there are any problems using Ebays system as we can no longer supply phone numbers. 

We have never mistreated any customer and will refund your money usually within 48 business hours when the occasional unexpected problem occurs & pay for return costs when it is our fault. In addition we usually give you something extra back when a problem occurs! No other mail order company does this!  Items are as described, we are not responsible for you not liking an item if it is described correctly! New with Tags does not in Ebay parlance always mean that an item has tags on it, it may just have original packaging but in 95% of the cases our items do have the tags and packaging!

COLOR OR ITEM CHOICES: If your purchase involves a color, size or other item choice please notify us either in your paypal payment, by eBay's email system.
